Support 24x7 Service Desk by answering phone system and tracking incoming phone calls for support from customer base. Document service request, system incidents and problems escalate higher level support for more technical issues. Will be expected to document conversation accurately while providing courteous service to the customer base. Will be responsible for following documented procedures to assist in closing known issues. Will be required to follow established procedures for documenting all calls and for properly escalating all issues and requests. Will be required to obtain DoD mandated commercial certifications and Information Assurance (IA) training as required.
